Unique Staffing is a Professional Employer Organization more commonly known as a PEO. Unique Staffing is a Texas licensed PEO regulated by the Texas Staff Leasing Licensing Act. The Texas Act treats the client and the PEO as co-employers. This certification assures clients of our Ethical practices, demonstrated Financial Stability, and demonstrated Regulatory-Compliant Operations. This certification gives our clients a $1, 000, 000 surety bond as assurance and peace of mind. Additional umbrella coverage through a $5, 000, 000 excess surity bond is also provided to cover the performance of all ESAC accredited PEOs.

Unique's Claims Management department will work with the employee and our Workers' Compensation Insurance company to get the employee back to work. In the interim we work with our co-employers to provide light duty work, once the attending physician has cleared the employee for such duties.
