Research, evidence-based programs and non-gender specific global assessments identify and address both internal and external barriers/obstacles to balanced development, learning, teaching, parenting, and social responsibility. TMFC's a screening and brief intervention (SBIRT), fundamental elements of valid risk and needs assessments and evidence based programs establish a support system of change that leads to creation of communities that are safe, secure and more productive in which individuals/families can access needed services to reach their potentials personally, academically, culturally, and civilly; decreasing the need for incarceration and out of home placement and increasing family involvement. “TMFC” endeavors to impact and influence change; improve access to services and provide strategies that offer a mix of approaches that promise change. “TMFC’s” repertoire focuses on bringing school systems, juvenile justice, law enforcement, judicial system, health care, work force development, recreation and faith-based into a collaborative multisystem entity and establishing an initial entry point, creating a uniform referral process to access/provide services and leverage information derived from those assessments to connect the most appropriate and most effective programs/resources/ interventions for each juvenile/family.
