These competencies are provided to assist successful transition into the community and encouraging self-sufficiency. These are comprehensive training programs for three to six months encompassing individual/group sessions methodologies and counseling. Additionally providing education, new skill building opportunities, these services are integrated into the program to maximize an individuals potential for success.

Promoting partnership alliances and referring agencies to assist with stabilizing the home. The objectives are to develop and promote events primarily focusing on identified at risk populations. through outreach.

The Help Center After Care Program is designed for those persons who have completed an ?out Patient? or residential program . This relapse prevention program consists of a two (2) hour group session 1 time a week and family sessions as needed. Participation structured for three (3) months to One year. $25 per session.
