TD Stock Technology Resources has been serving the needs of businesses, both large and small, for over a decade. Tom began in electronics, building and repairing communications systems for the US Air Force since 1977. Further expanding his experience and training, he began work on building and managing systems and databases in 1983. Friends and family deemed him a "true geek" when he started working out of his basement while stationed in North Dakota. Tom and one of his friends created an advanced program that enabled real-time tracking of communications status for an entire nuclear missile deployment wing. This design not only enabled them to grow and learn as individuals, but created a powerful on line presence and functionality for the unit as well. When Stock was stationed in Athens, Greece, he had an opportunity to help many other units facing similar challenges. His expertise spread into the wonderful new world of "Windows" in 1987, long before Windows was the watchword. He began developing "Icon" driven menus, with the idea of creating "shells" and "windows" as their theme. These became more and more popular, as did the formalized windowed operating systems that came out in 1990. His further professional development in IT grew exponentially as he worked network systems while located at Whiteman AFB in Missouri. Working and developing solutions throughout the base and for B2 Bomber operations, he had become a source for a rarely-found expertise in information technologies. Since 1999, TDS has grown from being a part-time company to a full-time profession, gaining partnerships and alliances with companies throughout the US and Canada.
