Jody is a member of the Alvin ISD Education Foundation, currently completing her second year as President. A Board Member on the Alvin Community College Foundation and the Soroptimist Club of Alvin. The TDEC, Inc. employees have a cook team - Southern Style Cookers who participates in many cook-offs for competition as well as charity/benefit cook-offs. Our employees are more than just guys receiving paychecks, they are part of our family. We track the milestones in their lives as well as their families. Terry and Jody strongly believe that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of you. And they have for more than 15 years. TDEC, Inc. would not be possible without them.
