We are your choice for a wide range of tests. From cholesterol to DNA testing. We specialize in drug screening & pre-employment testing as well. We ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Bethany Howard is a nationally certified phlebotomist and federally certified with the Department of Transportation.

While working for well-known physicians in Northwest Arkansas, Bethany recognized the need for affordable laboratory services, especially the need for mobile services.

In 2010, she formed Sticking with Compassion in response to that need and began 2011 with the opening of a local full service blood collections facility in Bentonville, Arkansas.


Sticking with Compassion offers company discounts for DOT Drug Screening, Hair, Breath Alcohol, and DNA testing.



Doctor’s orders are required for all laboratory testing.
