Incorporated in June of 1995, Star Cushion Products began manufacturing the Standard (4") and Short (2") Contour cushion, and the StarMatt in a suburb of St Louis Missouri.

Star's early niche in the industry was creating custom products with very quick turnaround times. We continue this effort through manufacturing products in sizes ranging from pediatric, adult to Bariatric. Within every size category we offer both cushions and support surfaces as well as custom cushions to address specific seating needs.

Due to a growing demand for our quality products, and responsive customer service Star Cushion expanded in 2001 to a new and more efficient manufacturing facility in Freeburg Illinois. Star continues to serve the growing seating and positioning needs of the domestic U. S. Market. In addition, Star Cushion Products is now very excited about providing our quality products to an international market as well.
Star Cushion Products continues to design and develop new, innovative products for both the medical and consumer seating marketplace. Our goal is to carry forth innovative thinking, and continuously bring forth new enhanced products.
