Special Events Staffing has been setting the highest standards in the Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura county food service staffing industry since 1995.

All staff are carefully screened and then trained in fine dining and buffet setup and service by SES. Every staff person must have previous experience in fine dining restaurants, hotels or catering, and must be neat and clean in appearance to even be considered for hire. New hires are trained extensively to ensure they meet our high standards. We realize that not only our reputation, but also your reputation, depends on having the best staff possible on an event.

Staff can make an immediate and lasting impression upon your guests. They are the first people your guests see upon arrival and usually the last upon leaving.
