As a company that prides itself in providing products that help both reduce costs as well as protect the environment, we clearly recognize that just selling that product is not enough. We are committed to both a great product as well as doing what we can to assist in making our company environmentally efficient.

We endeavor to be a company that:

Markets an oil filter that reduces lubricant oil usage by over 70%
Markets an oil filter that reduces oil filter usage by 50%
Markets an oil filter that can improve fuel economy by up to 5%
Ensures that all our products meet the highest quality standards and expectations
Makes the impact that ourselves, our customers, and our suppliers have on the environment a priority in all of our decisions
Will constantly seek to adopt products, programs and strategies to improve our environmental efficiency
Ensures that our performance as a company is measured by our shareholders not only in terms of financial results but also in terms of environmental sustainability

Our commitment is being implemented. We do ensure recycling within our facilities and encourage our employees to do the same at home. We also provide our employees with our product to reduce their oil consumption. We will not publish our product catalog on paper as our competitors do - this only generates hundreds of thousands of paper catalogs that must be replaced at least annually, consuming both trees as well as the energy required to transport them. Our catalog will be made available electronically only.

However, we recognize that there is still more that can be achieved. Some additional steps that are underway:

Working with our partners and suppliers to improve supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies
Developing incentive programs for our employees to adopt energy efficient technologies at work and at home
Seeking, testing and implementing improvements to our own operations to reduce waste and use of energy
