Shadow Ridge Golf Course with its rolling fairways and unique design provides something for every golfer. The Back 9 course was designed by Donald Ross, famous golf course historian and architect. This was done as a favor to Governor Fred Green; formerly Mayor of Ionia.

Shadow Ridge acquired the Rolling Hills Golf Course across Kelsey Highway, and we recently completed construction of the tunnel connecting both courses! You can now play 18 holes without having to cross the street with your vehicle by going through our brand new tunnel!

Shadow Ridge, previously known as the Ionia Country Club, now hosts events such as wedding receptions, reunions, holiday and birthday parties, employee/corporate events, retirements, and outdoor weddings in the newly completed wedding garden.
