To give self-sufficient professionals the opportunity to work with Fortune I am from a small town, Kenbridge, Virginia, raised with old fashioned and traditional values. I started my company, Seward Enterprises on March 6, 2010, in commemoration and in honor of my mom's, Patricia L. Bell, birthday. Since high school, I have always wanted to be my own boss. I knew that it would take hard work, dedication and perseverance When I joined the Army, I gained knowledge and discipline that will last a lifetime. I quickly became independent and a lifetime learner, in which strengthened my character.


When I founded Seward Enterprises, I partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, in Miramar, Florida. I have been nothing but grateful that I stepped out of my comfort zone to give it a try. In addition to the 12 years of managerial and customer service experience that I gained with major retailers, Arise put the icing on the cake. I have acquired a network of highly experienced colleagues that only makes my business stronger. In May of 2012, I decided to expand my horizons and opened Direct & Absolute Solutions, which Seward Enterprises is the parent company, the home office is in Stone Mountain, Georgia, just minutes away from the great city of Atlanta.



Direct & Absolute Solutions identifies customer service needs and trends and renders immediate and effective solutions to Fortune 500 Companies. Although, this company has been in operation for less than a year, we are a leader in customer service
