Project Construction Coordinator/Manager:
Responsible for coordinating construction activities, from site preparation through final construction and commissioning phases.
Coordinate communications between the general contractor and the client, as well as with all other 3rd party vendors associated with the project.
Serve as a resource for contractors and plant personnel for safety and construction management related issues.
Ensure contractors and sub-contractors maintain schedules, milestones, and costs for project.
Project Health and Safety Manager:
Responsible for creating and administering the overall site Health and Safety Plan.
Performs Safety Audits, Inspections.
Maintain Site Safety Log, including OSHA 300 Recordkeeping requirements.
Responsible for monitoring and executing the writing of Hot Work Permits, Safe Work Permits, Confined Space Permits (Regulated and Non-Regulated)
Administering plant orientation to all contractors performing work in the facility during the project.
Duties include monitoring on-site contractors for compliance to all OSHA Regulatory requirements as well as client procedures.
Project QA/QC Manager:
Have experience in all aspects of gas plant process/construction.
Provide complete over site of project and direct reporting to Project Manager/Project Management on status of project.
Duties of this position will include oversight of the general contractor, inspectors/inspections for all Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Structural installations on the project.
Review of documentation, film, red line drawings, reporting/interacting daily with the Project Manager and onsite general contractor.
Project Civil Inspector:
Performs field inspections to evaluate the work performed and materials used
Verifies quality of workmanship, quality of materials used
Verifies compliance with plans, specifications, estimates and applicable codes and regulations.
Notes deficiencies and deviations from plans
Project Electrical/Instrument Inspector:
Provide visual inspection of all Electrical and Instrumentation on project
Report daily to Chief Inspector on Status of Project
Red Line Drawings for all I&E items on project
Construction Supervision
Site coordination & Scheduling
QA/QC
Project Mechanical Inspector:
Performance of mechanical inspection to verify compliance to engineered drawings and predefined quality requirements utilizing micrometers, verniers, height gages, CMM, hardness tester and other various inspection tools.
Accurately record inspection results in predefined formats.
Project Welding Inspector:
Following are minimum qualifications: ASNT Level II for PT/MT to QC NDE work, and CWI to inspect welds.
Technical Programs and Management Systems
Regulatory compliance: OSHA, EPA, State, and local agencies.
Management system development and audits: International Standards Organization (ISO) 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:1999
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) development, updating, and management
Industrial hygiene and safety program development and review: respiratory protection, hearing conservation, personal protective equipment (PPE), lock-out/tag-out and other health and safety program initiatives
Process Safety Management (PSM) evaluations and improvement consulting services: process isolation, material substitution, administrative and engineering controls, and PPE
Participate on PSM PSSR Team as Process Safety Representative
Overview of Industrial Hygiene Capabilities
Development of exposure and risk assessment strategies: process and work activity evaluations, product toxicity characterization, investigation into frequency and duration of exposures, work schedules, and general and local exhaust ventilation dynamics
Development and oversight of corporate environmental health and safety programs including confined space entry, respiratory protection, hazard communication, and hearing conservation programs
Industrial hygiene and safety audits to evaluate worksite health and safety practices including evaluation and recommendation of workplace controls
Regulatory compliance monitoring and exposure assessments for chemical, physical, and biological hazards
Health and safety plan (HASP) development and site monitoring for the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
