RehabTECH, Inc. has been serving the custom rehabilitation technology needs of northeastern Illinois, northwestern Indiana and eastern Wisconsin residents with quality rehab products and services since 1997. Management's goal is to provide the highest quality rehab equipment, supplies and services to all our clients. Clients' rights, responsibilities, dignity and confidentiality are the highest priority in service delivery and follow-up. We routinely update our staff on rehab technology and service delivery through attendance at national seminars, participation in factory training programs, in-house education and other appropriate methods.

The quality of our service is regularly monitored by our Internal Performance Improvement Planning Committee. Clients always retain the right to clearly voice their opinion of the services rendered. The organization provides notices to the public that when an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety that the organization has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact the organization's management.
