Initially RB performed small concrete and steel erection projects. After establishing a formal builder agreement with NUCOR Building Systems in the mid-eighties, the Company expanded its business to complete numerous pre-engineered metal building projects. The mid-nineties saw the establishment of a formal builder agreement with A&S Building Systems,L.P., allowing for a wider array of products and services. The Company has maintained the A&S relationship for more than 19 years and has received numerous awards of excellence in the execution of product design, delivery and finish. RB Construction Company has added distribution of United Structures of America (U.S.A., Inc.) and is one of the premier, minority based pre-engineered building companies in the state of Michigan.

In recent years, RB Construction Company has pursued federal government work. The company has always been a Native American Owned firm and recently became certified as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and a Michigan Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). These certifications have opened the door to new markets, offering a wide range of opportunities.
