Nelson & Associates, Inc. has expanded from an enterprising, two-man partnership to an organization with four owners and over 50 full-time employees based out of two Colorado regional offices. With corporate headquarters in the Vail Valley and a sister office in the Roaring Fork Valley, we have long-established relationships with designers, architects, consultants and subcontractors throughout mountain resort towns of Colorado. Not only have we grown alongside the resorts we built, we like to think we?ve helped create the legacy of many of the nation?s finest mountain playgrounds, including Vail, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Snowmass Village, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, and even Lake Tahoe and Mammoth, California.

R.A. Nelson offers exceptional preconstruction services, builds an outstanding product, and provides incomparable post-construction benefits, including a wide-range of long-term maintenance and management options through our PHQ Property Services division. A comprehensive approach to construction management has been used to build a variety of projects throughout the West, including sustainable developments, mixed-use complexes, multi-family housing, diverse community structures, tenant improvements, complete renovations and remodels, and luxury custom homes.

As a mountain contractor since our inception over three decades ago, R.A. Nelson & Associates knows the ropes like no other.
