These pages focus on the capabilities and services provided by PDS. The PDS dryers use an efficient pulse combustor to provide both the heat to dry and the sonic energy to atomize the feed stream. This results in a lower cost system, both capital and operating, that can dry a wide variety of materials while keeping the solids temperature under 200 Degrees F. The systems have both a rapid startup and shutdown. The small number of moving parts produces a highly reliable dryer.

The mobility of the Pulse Dryer lends itself to being able to provide short term and long term remediation drying services with site setup and take down requiring one week or less. PDS has provided transportable drying systems to Anchorage, Alaska and to Peru, South America. Our primary market is the remediation of wet waste streams.

We can provide a total package of drying services on either a throughput basis or on a fixed term and will team with other remediation companies to encompass all of the requirements of the project.

In addition, PDS has joined forces with Biomass Energy Systems to provide the services of a more conventional rotary dryer.
