PEA is on the leading edge of incorporating "sustainable" design into our projects. The engineers at PEA have successfully consulted numerous LEED projects. These projects include Hipp Hall at Furman University which was the first LEED accredited project in South Carolina. Additionally, PEA has recently completed a design on the first LEED "Platinum" rated building in South Carolina - Sandhills Conference Center for Clemson University.
