Stephen C. McCord founded Procedure Solutions Management, LLC in May 2008, with the vision to provide a new commitment of quality service to high-risk industries and the employees that serve them.

Mr. McCord has over 28 years of navy, utility operations, and corporate management professional experience where he became an industry authority in procedure and process transition management. He has served on several initiatives that transformed the nuclear industry, including the development of industry procedure standards. In addition, he has chaired industry groups, led and participated on numerous industry procedure and operational assessments and benchmark activities, addressed industry associations, and provided training and workshops across the US and in Canada.

Prior to founding the company, he was Director of Fleet Procedures over three nuclear power plants for Constellation Energy and Vice President of Procedure Services at ATR, Inc. He remains an active member of the Professional Procedures Association (PPA), Nuclear Information & Records Management Association (NIRMA), and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. McCord is quickly establishing Procedure Solutions Management, LLC as an innovative solution provider for the industry. Under his leadership, despite today's economic downturn, the company is on target to meet earning projections and strategic partnerships. He has firmly committed the company to quality service focused on the clients and people employed by the company. Procedure Solutions Management, LLC has or is currently providing services to nuclear power stations, energy companies, refineries, and state and local governments. In addition, within the first year of operations Procedure Solutions Management, LLC will have delivered over 250 hours of training to students across the US.

Ms. Bennett has over 25 years of professional experience, much within the nuclear industry. Prior to joining Procedure Solutions Management, LLC, Ms. Bennett focused in the areas of process development, project management, and corporate utility program management. She has been a leader involved in industry initiatives such as the development of the industry standard for the nuclear industry's procedure writer's guide.
