Precision Labor Services, Inc. (PLS) was established in 2014 in the Jesup, Georgia area to
focus primarily on the rotating equipment sector. Our management team has realized that
there is a severe shortage of resources; therefore decided to implement a strong
recruitment and training program.

PLS is committed to developing long term partnerships by delivering the highest quality
service in the industry. We are focused on our clients needs. Safety is at the core of our
business. We feel that by combining these two principles we deliver complete customer

We are highly dedicated and focused on complete customer service. We are a Total Quality
Management team that believes strongly in open lines of communication throughout our
organization. We have implemented grassroots training programs to ensure all of our
employees have the best training offered in the industry.

All personnel must undergo rigorous performance evaluations including but not limited to

PLS is in progress of becoming certified and accredited NCCER/OSHA training facility that
has the capability of training employees to match the required criteria of our program. We
feel every client deserves the best the industry has to offer and we are continually striving
to meet those needs. We have also developed an outreach program to recruit young talent
in the local high schools as well as the area trade schools. We are in a severe manpower
