Powerful Services, Powerful People....PSI is a government and commercial building contractor. We know that every federal building we design and erect, every nail, every beam, every brick...contributes in some small way to the safety, comfort, or training of federal employees and our men and women in uniform. Every employee at PSI understands the important role we play in the complicated web of infrastructure that supports the federal government and its defense efforts. That is why safety, quality control, quality assurance, and compliance with stringent federal building policies and procedures are the cornerstone of our company. These principles carry over into every project we perform, whether federal or commercial. Established in 1997, PSI initially provided project management services to other commercial entities and government agencies through employee leasing and personnel support contracts. We continue to operate a division that provides these services to various federal clients. (See the "Personnel Support" section of this site for further information.) The majority of our current business focuses on general contracting, with an emphasis on federal projects. PSI has an IDIQ contract with the GSA in southern Nevada for renovation projects and was recently awarded a five-year, $100 million MATOC with the Los Angeles District of the Army Corps of Engineers and a $50 million CTOA subcontract with National Security Technologies, both through its Joint Venture, PMH Group. PSI was the Prime Contractor on more than $6 million in projects at the Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, California, $4 million at Nellis AirForce Base in Las Vegas, Nevada, $8 million at Fort Huachuca in Arizona and more than $2.5 million in contracts with the Navy and Air Force in southern Florida. We have also performed numerous small projects for other governmental entities and commercial enterprises in southern Nevada, such as the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bureau of Reclamation, Clark County, Opportunity Village and Rapid Cash.
