We can also modify any of these designs. With steel homes, no architect is needed, but if you already have drawings, both Kodiak and Freedom Steel will customize your home.

If you want to design your own building, or for commercial or industrial users, Braemar Steel Buildings' state of the art factory designs and purchases the most advanced technology in machinery and computer aided manufacturing equipment, providing the customer with the finest pre-engineered steel building product available in the market today.

We work with you, using computer-aided design to develop the building specifications that outline the parameters from which your customized building system components are manufactured. Company engineers then construct the design criteria detailing the materials specifications, structural design, and panel profile information.

The resulting erection drawings are suitable for constructing your building and include a Letter of Certification signed and stamped by a professional engineer, providing drawings suitable to obtain the permit for building and for zoning approvals. The specifications include live load and wind load for which the building will be designed as well as customized specifications related to the seismic load and snow load for your location.

Phoenix Builders utilizes the growing versatility of steel building construction to work with customers and architects to design with a full complement of standard and optional components and features, including a wide variety of colors and trim and the ability to accommodate fascia materials such as brick, stone, wood and glass to give your building the appearance you want with the advantages of a steel structure. We can build for erection only, leaving non-structural components in the hands of your own sub-contractors, or we can provide fully completed (turn-key) buildings.

The company is based in Seattle, Washington and utilizes contractors affiliated with the Contractors' Resource Center, also in Seattle.

We previously marketed for Tri-Steel Homes and for Rockford Steel Buildings, Ltd. under the name of our sister company, Blue Sky Steel Solutions, but have now assumed the purchase of the pre-engineered steel used in our buildings from Blue Sky Steel Solutions. You get the same high quality steel from the folks who erected it under Blue Sky.
