These services provide assistance to clients who have developmental delays and disabilities and who are participants in the CAP-MR/DD program. Our services include Personal Care Services, Respite and relief services for families, and Supported Living Services, which help the clients to work on daily goals in order to achieve the highest possible level of independence. Our agency is also privileged to provide CAP-MR/DD Case Management services to clients and their families. Our case managers work hard to coordinate with outside resources to help the client obtain necessary services in order for them to remain in their homes and communities.
