Under the tab "News & Articles" we will provide our visitors with timely news and articles we think will be of interest to them. These will be of a non-technical nature and nothing in them should be considered as the rendering of legal advice.

Rather it is intended to give our visitors a closer look at us, who we are, how we think and express ourselves, and how we have served the legal needs of the community these past 60 years.

Visitors are invited to email and comment or submit questions and if and when appropriate we will attempt to address them in this format.
