M+ Architects has been committed to the future of Sioux City for over 20 years. In recent years, we're proud to have been a part of just a few of the many positive things happening in our community, including the Roth Fountain, the Missouri Riverfront/Anderson Dance Pavilion, ISU Design West, and numerous community-defining programs such as Iowa Great Places.

Much of our firms' early work in the community was focused on historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects, such as Historic Fourth Street and Castle on the Hill. In recent years, we have expanded our staff and our services. Since then we have been involved in public/private partnerships such as ISU Design West students, Promenade Theatre, Roth Fountain, Girls Inc, and the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA.
One of our core beliefs as a firm is that in order to succeed professionally, we must be active in the future of the community where we work. M+ Architects' staff members sit on of over 20 boards and committees in the area. As a part of that commitment, we continue to be active in the Community Enhancement Committee and the Sioux City Iowa Great Places committee where we have worked with local visionaries to develop ideas about a regional design legacy, such as the importance of terra cotta, unique hybrid styles of architecture, streets cape improvements and branding.
