In 1989, McHenry's promoted Darryl Ramsburg to manage their paint division. McHenry Paints in 1999 became a Platinum Distributer only selling quality PPG products. In the following years McHenry's expanded its servicing area to 4 counties in Md., 2 counties in Pa., and 1 county in WV. In 2007 Pat McHenry sold McHenry Paints to Darryl Ramsburg, a 30 year employee of the company, and with his experience and knowledge, McHenry Paints has become the leader in automotive coatings Central Maryland. We currently employee 13 people in the Frederick area.
