Here at Matrix, we have both the analytical and practical capabilities for auditing and analysis of energy use in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. We have particularly strong capabilities in analyzing commercial and residential end-use loads, appliance technologies, and in developing and applying energy analysis methods. These capabilities are important when designing, implementing and evaluating demand-side management, load management or conservation programs. We also have substantial field experience in analyzing conservation improvement potential in all three sectors.

We design and implement programs that will be sustainable beyond compact fluorescent lights. Many of our programs are referred to as "boutique" programs, as they are specifically tailored to address a large but specific application. The depth of our engineering knowledge of energy systems in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, our understanding of prevalent local standards and codes, market saturation and baseline, gives us the ability to design programs with high penetration rates.
