Located at Briarcliff Lodge in Lynn, these programs provide daily care outside the home for the most vulnerable in our community, frail elders and disabled adult who are otherwise at risk of nursing home placement. Briarcliff houses three adult day health programs:

A Social Day Program with structured activities and non-medical monitoring for clients who are at risk of losing their independence through isolation or self-neglect;
An Adult Day Health program provides medical monitoring, rehabilitation and maintenance therapies, and care coordination for seniors with medical needs; and
A Day Away Alzheimer Adult Day Health Care program, which has a 1:4 staff to client ratio to meet the unique needs of this population and provides activities and an environment designed to maximize function for those with memory loss.
