Located in Nyack, New York, LaBozz is a specialized Construction Company that builds Custom Homes and Additions in Rockland County. As a small company, we allow ourselves the time to provide our clients the attention to detail and one on one service that they expect. We will provide the time necessary to see your project through from design concept to the finishing touches.

We limit our projects each year and usually complete two Custom Homes and 3-4 additions, renovations or small outbuildings such as pool houses. Most of our work is obtained through direct referral or repeat customers. We have an excellent reputation.

Who we are

Our core team has been working together for over 25 years. Scott Bosley and Craig Padilla are our Project Managers and house therapists. Bill Bosley works with the Design Professionals and administers our contracts and subcontracts. We work as a team in all phases of your project and have extensive experience working with various Designers, Architects and Engineers on difficult and interesting projects. We also have in house skilled craftsmen who provide our stone, tile and trim work. We also are an Energy Star Building Company.
