KM Plant Services owns and operates one of the largest fleets of vacuum trucks, with more than 150 units in service. Our fleet includes wet, dry and combination wet/dry vacuum trucks to handle your material movement needs for everything from water to heavy sludge. KM Plant Services provides a single source for servicing storage tanks of all types, handling everything from material removal to exterior recoating. Our turnkey tank maintenance services include gas-freeing, sludge removal and processing, cleaning for hot work, liner removal and replacement, interior and exterior coating, and process and utility system labeling. The intent of deep cleaning is to remove all loosely adhered particles on the surface structure. The standards set for cleanliness match those used in hospital operating rooms and may include "white-glove" inspections. Deep cleaning processes are implemented when the product being manufactured requires a dust-free environment. It can also refer to the intensive cleaning activity that takes place when building construction and equipment installation has been completed. KM Plant Services provides comprehensive cleaning and inspection of sewer and process systems for municipalities and facilities owners. Line moleing is an effective means to safely clear obstructions from underground piping, process lines and sewer systems and restore them to original flow capacity. A combination of high-pressure water and a high-velocity vacuum dislodges and removes the flushed materials. This service is effective on a variety of materials and can be performed without physical entry into the system. We have automated equipment capabilities up to 72" diameter.

The KMPS Site Management Program allows customers to bundle their industrial cleaning needs to take advantage of all of the synergies inherent to their routine operations. The first step is to analyze your individual cleaning jobs, and associated history of the work, and develop a baseline of current performance. From there we construct current practice models to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities (i.e. application of new cleaning technology, better labor utilization, etc.). We then meet with client representatives to discuss implementation of best method solutions and agree on specific indices that help measure progress. This process is performed for each indvidual cleaning job, then rolled up for all cleaning jobs in an operating area and finally rolled up into a total facility model. Impacts from non-routine and emergency support activities are also considered in the process.

The purpose of the KM Plant Services Quality Assurance / Quality Control Program are to assure compliance with design criteria, specifications, codes and standards, and applicable laws and regulations, including the Process Safety Management standard. The program also includes evaluating, identifying and recommending adjustments to the activities or tasks to provide confidence that the work will satisfy the relevant quality standards.

At KM Plant Services, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Project Managers and first line supervisors are responsible for the overall success of the job but division management has accountability for the way our work is perceived by the customer. Our ultimate goal is to have continuous improvement toward 100% customer satisfaction for all of the indices we measure. To facilitate this process client representatives are requested to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey at any time appropriate during the life of a job or periodically during routine maintenance or project execution. The survey results are fed into a database that measures progress for each client we serve and discussed at each managers meeting throughout all levels of the organization. The results are also shared with client representatives so they can better gauge our progress toward improvement.
