We are a preservation company. I owned a home building company named Burgoon-Berger homes for over 25 years where I built over 3,000 homes, including home remodeling. I have managed a staff of over 60 people. I have trained sales professionals to sell homes more effectively which greatly increased home sales. I am a Florida state residential licensed contractor. I also have connections with Realtors in the area of coverage. On our team we have a licensed Real Estate agent and experienced employees in the area of residential and commercial janitorial services.

At john Burgoon home LLC we thoroughly understand our client’s needs for quality work to be done in a timely manner. We are aware of the continual changes in all investors/insurers guidelines to complete the work in accordance with the applicable specifications and we will strive to offer to be the one of the fastest in our turn around time, including 24 hours occupancy checks, re-keys, and service order completion within 3 days. John Burgoon homes LLC will service the areas in Brevard county.

Property preservation services include:

Checking occupancy, securing the property, boarding windows, as needed, lawn maintenance, evictions, debris removal, and janitorial services. All of our work is guaranteed.

We follow investor’s guidelines and services with HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Conventional loan companies.

All work will be completed within the time requested by our client’s needs and in accordance of contract (generally within 3 days from receipt). Rush service available.

We carry comprehensive errors and omissions and general liability insurance. We take pride in our quality work and completing it within agreed upon time frames. We provide support photos and documentation of all information reported and services completes utilizing the most cost-effective procedures to help eliminate out-of-pocket expenses of our clients and companies we do work for.
