Company Summary

Allow me to introduce unique online store designed just to assist caregivers of special needs children and the elderly. This store, SpecialFamiliesHaveSpecialNeeds.com, was created from the passion of a grandmother who assists with caregiver tasks for her granddaughter, born in 2005 with CHARGE Syndrome, and whose own mother has been diagnosed with dementia. Her life experiences provide unique insight into the stress and constant fatigue that often accompany the caregiver’s role. Our business model is driven by three desires:

1. To provide caregivers a one-stop-shop online store that will save them time in searching the web for products needed for their loved one.
2. To offer links to other resources where caregivers can find financial assistance, information, and support.
3. To build a business successful enough to be able to “give back” to 501(c)3 foundations and charities that strive to improve quality of life and fund research for rare diseases and dementia.
