IntegraMed America, Inc. is a specialty healthcare services company that offers products and services to medical providers and consumers within emerging, niche medical sectors. Historically competing in the Fertility Care medical sector, in August of 2007 we acquired Vein Clinics of America ("VCA"), the nation's largest medical group dedicated exclusively to treating vein disease.
