Welcome to IHA Milan Primary Care (formerly IHA Milan Family & Internal Medicine)!

At IHA Milan Primary Care, our physicians, nurse practitioners and staff all share one goal: to provide exemplary care for all of our patients. We offer extended hours to better serve you and are happy you have chosen our practice for your health care needs.

If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance when the office is closed, please call the office and your call will be directed to the IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.

We encourage you to sign up for the IHA Patient Portal, which offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records.

Along with our regular hours, we offer extended early and late hours several days a week.

IHA Milan Primary Care has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
