Phoenix also has an office in Jackson County, Ala. Phoenix works closely with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitative Services (ADRS), the Veterans Administration (VA), and the Alabama Department of Human Resources (ADHR) to provide comprehensive, continuous programs to assist persons who want to enter, remain or return to the work place.
