GNS America opened in August of 2009 after purchasing the assets of a West Michigan manufacturing facility specializing in metal stamping, weld, assembly, and tool & die design, build, and repair. Much of the staff was retained from the sale.

GNS America will be introducing many exciting new manufacturing practices to the United States through our affiliation with GNS Automotive in Korea.

GNS America follows the principles of Lean Manufacturing in all aspects of our daily activities. Through Value Stream Mapping and Manufacturing Cell Layout, to OEE and 5S, we have first-hand experience in the benefits of Lean. Everything from the product flow of our plant floor, to the layout of our tool benches, was designed using Lean mentality.
