Project Operations & Management

FICsâÃÂ??ÃÂ?? Project Operations & Management Team (POMT) work closely with client representatives to insure their needs are met and questions are answered. Our POMT is comprised of experienced managers, engineers as well as mechanical support managers. Primary tasks include:
âÃÂ??¢Planning the work associated with the contract
âÃÂ??¢Allocating resources to the project to support the FIC field team
âÃÂ??¢Hire sub-contractors and assist legal department in crafting scope of work for sub-contractors
âÃÂ??¢Track project costs and ensure progress correlates to project budget/estimate
âÃÂ??¢Track project schedule

FrontierâÃÂ??ÃÂ??s extensive equipment fleet is one of the largest in the region. This battery of state-of-the-art demolition equipment includes everything from excavators to railcars to move equipment and scrap materials efficiently.

FICâÃÂ??ÃÂ??s fleet is well-maintained and continuously updated to ensure operating efficiency and safety.

The FIC Preventative Maintenance Program enables us to maximize productive use of our fleet and recognize when items need to be retired.

Annual capital investment in heavy equipment ensures the FIC fleet is state-of-the-art and operating at maximum capacity.

Track Excavators ranging from 45,000 lbs to 325,000 lbs. All equipped with demolition attachments âÃÂ??ÃÂ?? grapples, shears, hammers, etc.
