We are not brokers, and all product offered for sale and pre-sale is our own.







Equipment is prepared for sale in our warehouse where it is cleaned, tested, and modified so that it is returned to a state suitable for wholesale sales. All products carry a warranty. Orders exceeding 151 lbs. are shipped at an additional discount. For heavy weight shipments, several freight carriers have been chosen for their excellent service and competitive rates. Unlike many companies, we absolutely do not mark up our shipping rates. You pay actual shipping costs, with no additional fees.







In an effort to put product in our customers' hands safely, approved pre-fabricated foam caps are used on most systems and monitors. For custom packaging of units, we use our own foam machine to pack and preserve equipment for safe travel. Many products are newly boxed, which increase the safeness of shipping and the appearance of the retail point-of-sale. We are constantly negotiating to make sure product arrives safely and inexpensively.







Return merchandise (RMA) product is, unfortunately, a fact in any industry. We are continually striving to improve the handling of RMA product. Our goal is to receive and replace any RMA merchandise within a 10-day period. When at all possible, RMA's are repaired in our facility, at our cost. If they are sent back to the original manufacturer, the repair time may be slightly longer. If we cannot repair or replace the warranty item, we will issue a credit or refund at the purchase price. RMA forms are provided the day they are requested. The handling of an RMA is as important to us as the sale of a new product; therefore we are always looking for new ways to expedite their handling and address customer concerns.
