David Miranda, owner and physical therapist, is also a veteran and we are proud to carry the designation “Veteran Owned Small Business” and to support the Wounded Warrior Project.

We offer the latest evidence-based physical therapy to help you recovery quickly from injuries, surgery and sprains, strains and fractures. We know your recovery is a team effort and we will work hard to help you accomplish your goals.

Unlike more factory-style clinics, the philosophy at Excel Rehabilitation Services LLC is that each patient deserves one on one care from a trained and licensed physical therapist. You work with the same therapist from start to finish, not with aids and assistants.

Serving the communities of Ascension Parish, including Gonzales, Prairieville, Donaldsonville, Geismar, Sorrento, St. Amant and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we are supportive of initiatives that engage attitudes of wellness for residents of this area.

We annually attend the St. Elizabeth Health Fair and salt (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) programs. Monthly we attend bran meetings, the Baton Rouge Aging Network, to network and increase our knowledge of available resources to our seniors. We are members of the Ascension Chamber of Commerce and yelp to make our business more accessible to you and easier to locate.
