Since our founding in 1968, we have been Geared for Service.ServicesWe rebuild equipment and manufacture replacement parts for a wide variety of machines from every industry. We can machine parts up to 80 inches in diameter using our vertical turret lathe, and our horizontal boring mill can machine parts up to 96 inches in diameter. We can also manufacture starter ring gears up to 74 inches in diameter. Our CNC equipment lets us handle orders of one part - or production runs of thousands of parts. We have the experience and the equipment to handle any of your machine part needs. We are committed to service. We can pick up your compressor in the field, rebuild it in our dedicated shop to OEM specifications, and re-install it for you. Here is detailed information on our services:Compressor Pistons. DISCO can rebuild and manufacture pistons from castings or solid stock. We can manufacture them to standard specifications, or meet your unique demands.Piston Rods and Tungsten Coatings. We manufacture and recondition piston rods. DISCO can coat piston rods with tungsten carbide using the HVOF process, which helps to prevent wear. Our tungsten carbide coating can also be applied to crosshead wrist pins, pump plungers, and other machine parts.Compressor Cylinders. We offer complete cylinder repairs and excellent turnaround time. We can reline cylinders and we have 30 years of experience in repairing cylinder bores using metal spray procedures.Screw Compressors. DISCO manufactures complete screw compressor packages. We can meet your unique compressor requirements, and provide gas or electric drive.Mechanical Repairs.
