The primary purpose of preparing a budget is to understand and control costs. Beginning with the estimates, one is able to determine, within a reasonable margin, the total dollar amount for the style and size of a home on a particular lot. At the very least an Owner should be able to consider if the project is feasible once estimates are made.I will need a complete copy of the plans and specifications for your project to work with. I will provide a set of spread sheets showing detailed material quantities and average costs done in excel. Each C.S.I. division is separately listed and totaled. The last page is a cost summary which can include labor, overhead and profit, at your discretion. I would need your loaded labor rate, overhead rate and profit rate to include the last three. These spreadsheets can be emailed, fax'd or mailed at your preference. Most estimates are completed within a week. We've been in business since 1995, serving all of New England including alot of work in Connecticut.
