Custom Tree Care, Inc. was started in 1999 as Custom Tree and Lawn by Greg Gathers. A full-time college student and 20 years old at the time, Greg started with nothing more than a pickup, two chainsaws, push mower, and a borrowed trailer. Custom Tree and Lawn offered several services to homeowners including lawn mowing, landscaping, gutter cleaning, snow removal, firewood, fertilization, tree & shrub trimming, and removal. Greg quickly realized he had a strong desire to care for trees and began to focus soley on arboriculture. Graduating in 2001 from Kansas State University, Greg founded Custom Tree Care, Inc. and the business continued to grow.



Pruning-
