While Dr. Smith practiced and cared for the animals, Dr. Smiths wife, Linda, was the full time receptionist, bookkeeper, kennel work, assisting you name it! As the practice began to grow, so did the staff. In time, Dr. Smith grew Contra Costa Veterinary Hospital into a 2 doctor practice with a staff of over 12, featuring technicians, kennel assistants and front office.

Most recently, Dr. Jill Pindar has joined Contra Costa Veterinary Hospital as the only full time veterinarian, while Dr. Smith decided to spend more time with his family, making him the part-time veterinarian at Contra Costa Veterinary Hospital.

As Contra Costa Veterinary Hospital begins to undergo some exciting new changes, the staff and doctors look forward to continuously excellently treating and caring for pets in the Lamorinda area!
