Constructure Management provides value-added services to our customers by creating successful partnerships with the design and construction team for the duration of the entire process. Our management team consists of two partners, Chip McAteer and John Sciotto, with more than 25 years combined experience.

Chip McAteer
MBA with focus in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University
B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University
Serves on the Executive Committee for the ULI Philadelphia, and holds the position as Co-Chair of the Lehigh Valley Satellite for ULI.

Chip is known for his work ethic and focus on client satisfaction. He secures maximum value for customers through his understanding of industry-leading techniques, and multiple project delivery methods. Through his collaborative approach and leadership, he enables project teams to perform at their very best.

Responsibilities include oversight of project management, field operations, accounting, finance and works jointly with John in strategic planning and business development for the firm.

John Sciotto
B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University
LEED AP
John is a seasoned preconstruction expert with extensive experiences across a variety of market types. Over the course of his career he has developed strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, design professionals and clients. John is well known for the ability to solve problems through the use of creative, alternative design solutions. As a LEED AP, John not only brings a construction background to projects, but also brings his ability to understand and utilize sustainable methods and materials.

Responsibilities include overseeing all preconstruction activities, human resources, IT and jointly works with Chip in strategic planning and business development for the firm.
