ConcisePERMITS is our software application for Building and Zoning Permitting and is fully integrated with ConciseCAMA.

Concise was formed in March of 2013, but our staff has many years of deep experience in software application development, networking, Computer Aided Design (CAD), GIS, and data management.

Steve Finch, President of Concise Systems, previously served the needs of design professionals and other businesses in Virginia for over 26 years as Co-Owner and Vice President of Engineering Design Systems, Inc., and as Manager of ComputerLand of Roanoke before that. With experience supporting businesses ranging all the way back to the original IBM PC and forward to today's cloud-based services and mobile devices, Steve's continuing mission has always been to develop deep relationships with our customers and provide innovative solutions to today's challenges.

Concise is focused on working every day to earn the trust of our clients and we base our relationship around personal communication. It may be old-fashioned, but we believe that you should talk to a person you know and trust when you have a problem.
