My sister Betsy and I want to welcome you to Cash Bargain Lumber/Builder's Surplus. Locally and family owned, we've been at in the business of saving do-it-yourselfers money for over 75 years.

During the Great Depression, our grandfather, Walter Harriman bought the Truman Road location for the lofty sum of $600. Granddad was fond of saying that he was able to make that investment back over the years.

Our father, Frank Binney joined the business in the 1960's and spear headed the growth of the company to its current three locations. My sister, Betsy Calcara, and I have worked in the business since we were kids. When dad retired in 1994, my sister and I bought the company for quite a bit more than Granddad Walter paid in 1932.

Today we're committed to providing you everything you could need to successfully complete any home improvement project for less. As our motto says, \we've got the good stuff, cheap!' That's true no matter which location you shop.
