Our 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility includes Steel Rule Die, Wood and Metal Finishing departments and CNC Machining. Our CNC Machining department is capable of 3 and 5 axis machining. Five-axis machining gives us the ability to machine complex shapes in a single set-up.

We use MasterCam to design and CNC machining for the molds and patterns. We can import IGS, STEP, and X_T files. If you have an idea for a new product, our expert mold engineers can design the part and then create a 3D model for you.

Borke Mold has the ability to run first article parts on your patterns or molds from small thin gage clamshells to thick gage plastic up to 4' x 6' in size. We have 3 vacuum formers in-house that we can test the molds or run a few sample parts.
