I have been in business renting single family homes since 1999 and have since expanded to commercial property. As the business grew Bay Area Merchandising LLC was formed in 2007. The company goal is to provide nice, clean, safe, affordable homes to residents of Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. I have been raised with family owned business pride throughout my life and I have carried that pride into my company. Maintaining my homes in good repair and giving quality, timely service to my tenants is a primary concern.

In the almost two years of renting our landlord, Jeanne Davies the President of Bay Area Merchandising, has kept up the property and immediately fixed any and all problems that have come up in a timely manner. Building and property maintenance is obviously a priority to Mrs. Davies. I am really happy to be renting here and the location has proven to be a good decision.
