Axxess Information Systems, Inc. was incorporated in June, 1996 with a single goal to provide superior IBM Hardware and Software support to all our customers.

Remarketed IT is a multi-billion dollar industry with players of various levels of sophistication, few of which match our multi-platform full-service offering. At Axxess, we sell used IBM hardware, shipping servers, storage and networking equipment all around the United States to over 500 customers. We support and sell IBM P series servers, Storage, X Series, and IBM Software products. We also sell used HP, Cisco, and Oracle systems along with databases as well as storage systems.
Unlike other IT Organizations we provide hardware support through contracts with IBM as well as yearly maintenance contracts where Axxess employees provide 7x24 support. We provide support on all IBM software products such as HACMP (High Availability) which is used in case of a disaster, Tivoli and AIX.
Unlike other support organizations Axxess will respond to customer support calls within 1/2 hour. In most cases we can repair or diagnose problems via the use of the Internet.
