We have recently expanded our services to include interior renovation. By understanding our client’s needs, our goal is to exceed their expectations by providing value within budget and schedule. Our primary market presence is in the public sector; we were able to expand our services by working with New York City School Construction Authority, NYDPR, DDC and other city agencies. Ashnic Mechanical, Inc. is certified MBE firm (City & State) and DBE pending.
Our self-perform trades include:
• Carpentry, Tiling, Painting.
• Temperature Controls (BMS and Energy Management Systems).
• Piping (steam fitting, hot-water, chilled water, refrigerant), Ductwork.
• HVAC (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, air handlers, split system).

Our management staff of construction professionals and engineers oversees the day to day operations for each of our ongoing projects.
