Established in 2004 as a full-service mechanical firm, Ashnic Mechanical Inc continues to build a strong foundation in HVAC, piping, ductwork and temperature controls. We have recently expanded our services to include interior renovation. By understanding our client’s needs, our goal is to exceed their expectations by providing value within budget and schedule. Self-performance is one of the foundations of our business. Over the years we continue to build a dependable team that shows consistency in high quality production while working in a safe environment.
Our primary market presence is in the public sector; we were able to expand our services by working with New York City School Construction Authority, NYDPR, DDC and other city agencies. Ashnic Mechanical, Inc. is certified MBE firm (City & State) and DBE pending.
Our self-perform trades include:
• Carpentry, Tiling, Painting.
• Temperature Controls (BMS and Energy Management Systems).
• Piping (steam fitting, hot-water, chilled water, refrigerant), Ductwork.
• HVAC (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, air handlers, split system).

Our management staff of construction professionals and engineers oversees the day to day operations for each of our ongoing projects.
