My name is Don Egan; I own and operate A-Pro Home Inspection Services which services Eastern Long Island, NY. I have owned and operated my own building business for 28 years before going into the home inspection business, and throughout that time I have provided accurate, informative and reliable information to home owners throughout the New York and Suffolk County Long Island area.

I’m Certified as a Home Inspector by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the only organization that requires its members to pass a certification exam for membership. Other organizations allow membership to candidates by simply paying the fees – no exam required. With InterNACHI, one must pass the exam to become InterNACHI certified and to become a member of the organization. I believe in education – not cutting corners. When you hire A-Pro Home Inspection Services, you’re hiring a conscientious, educated professional, focused on one specialty – inspecting real estate. I’m trained and certified by I.T.I., and have successfully passed their exam, as well as the InterNACHI exam.

I am always thorough and enjoy taking the time to inspect the home for my client. I work alone so you are guaranteed that I will personally be performing your home inspection.
